Professional Experience

Debra has been involved in counseling services since 1992. She primarily works with adult individuals and couples who are healing from trauma, abuse, addictions or codependency. This includes relationship coaching.

In 1997 Debbie began her training in the area of sex addiction with Dr. Doug Weiss. Today she sees many couples and individuals healing through this condition. In 2001, she extended her specialized training to the area of grief, loss and trauma. In 2003 she was able to train with Pia Melody to incorporate the Post Induction Trauma Therapy into her practice. Today, she uses this model as she helps clients find the connection between their currant behaviors/emotions and the core issues fueling their problems. She is also willing to help client's grow in their spirituality issues as well.

Debbie has offices in both Bedford, TX and Fort Worth, TX. She counsels through office appointments, phone sessions, and therapy groups. She also speaks to support groups and churches regarding the healing process of addictions and trauma.
